Newly Listed Cottage Retreat

Loads of fun. Positive: The house was beautiful. The pool very nice. The problem we had with the lick box was handled fast by Amanda. So pleased with this house and staff. Negative: Nothing to not like.

It was the busiest time of the year for Destin florida, I got a response everytime I messaged rather quickly, we still r Positive: Privacy was nice, not having to worry about a neighboring hotel resident making noise, smelling smoke, etc. The open floors were very nice and has a beautiful layout. Negative: The property had a few concerns when we got there and throughout the week of staying. We did notice it had a roach infestation previously or currently.. the shower water drains had a strong odor, and the property had some cleanliness concerns. We did take photos and addressed most of the concerns with the host and was told they apologized for our concern while stating to address it with the pest control and cleaning crew. *to note also it was NOT the host fault at all, but it isn’t by the beach and we knew that however they had severe construction that week going on as well that slowed the travel time down a good bit to the beach On the only road to get to the home.

Amazing Family Time Positive: Everything on the property was Top of the line, from inside to outside, Kitchen was our gathering place and make us feel like our away home. Spectacular landscaping, and swimming pool was amazing, and of course the location was everything close by, and very convenient very close from all the centric areas. We will definitely rent this home again in the future. Thank you for everything. Negative: Probably the kitchen pans were not teflon made and we had some issues over cooking our food, but we were able to manage that, but no big deal.
